Printed Fish

We have kept on working on our art for the art gallery. All the students at my school learned about printmaking and made their own printed paper with stamps. 

When the paper was done, we started working on shaping it.

The 5 year old students worked on a fish. I had stencils for body, tail, head, and fin they needed to trace. Students traced the body stencil on the printed paper and the tail, head and fin stencils on colored paper.

Students cut the shapes and I guided them as they were gluing the parts to make sure all the sizes were okay.
